Many of my most memorable experiences have revolved around the fascinating
world of nature. I now spend much of my time professionally photographing
nature’s subjects and sharing this passion with others.
I have been employed as a Bird-keeper at Sydney’s Taronga Zoo, adventurer Dick Smith’s personal Horticulturist, an Environmental Educator, a nature guide in Lamington National Park, Queensland and a Quarantine Officer. My studies have included zoo-keeping, horticulture, tour-guiding and a Diploma of Applied Science at the University of Queensland.
My photography has given me many great opportunities and experiences. One highlight was meeting and assisting one of my lifelong inspirations, Sir David Attenborough, while he was filming a documentary on the bowerbirds of Australia in the World Heritage Listed, Lamington National Park, Queensland.
